Welcome to UrGrowths. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you connect your Google, Facebook, and Instagram accounts to our platform.
Google OAuth API Compliance Statement:
UrGrowths' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Google OAuth Scopes We Request
When you connect your Google account, we request only the minimum OAuth scopes required for the features you enable. We access only the Google properties you explicitly select, and we do not access any third-party data.
- openid, email, profile — To identify you and link your Google account to your UrGrowths company profile.
- Google Search Console (readonly) — To read your own Search Console metrics (clicks, impressions, queries, pages) for SEO audits and recommendations.
- Google Analytics 4 (readonly) — To read your own GA4 property metrics (traffic, events, conversions) for performance dashboards and AI insights.
- Google Business Profile (readonly) — To read your own GBP listing data (location details, reviews, insights) for local SEO reporting.
- Gmail (send only) — Only when you enable email automation. Used solely to send emails you compose through UrGrowths from your connected Gmail account. We never read your inbox.
Limited Use Disclosure: We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features inside UrGrowths. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., secure hosting).
2. Information We Collect
When you use UrGrowths and link your Google, Facebook, and Instagram accounts via OAuth, we collect and store the following data:
A. Google User Data
- OAuth Access and Refresh Tokens: Encrypted credentials provided by Google to read or send data on your behalf.
- Google Search Console Data (readonly): Consolidated click metrics, impressions, search queries, page rankings, sitemap structures, and domain crawl reports.
- Google Analytics 4 Data (readonly): Direct tracking event counts, traffic streams, user views, referral platforms, and conversion metrics.
- Google Business Profile Data (readonly): Location details, review summaries, and performance insights for the listings you select.
- Gmail Send Logs (when enabled): Metadata for emails sent through UrGrowths; message content is processed only to deliver the email.
B. Meta User Data (Facebook & Instagram)
- OAuth Tokens: Authenticated tokens to post content on connected social business accounts.
- Page & Profile Metadata: Names, IDs, and connection statuses of selected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business profiles.
- Content Data: Media assets, scheduled dates, and text captions you publish through our interface.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to perform the direct features you authorize inside your dashboard:
- To compile, format, and display unified organic search visibility and website performance graphs.
- To publish your content briefs, scheduled images, and social posts to your connected pages.
- To check indexing patterns and trigger automated conversion scoring analytics.
Note on Google User Data: Google Search Console and GA4 data is read-only. We do not modify, delete, or create records on your official Google accounts. We do not share Google user data with any third-party AI models or external directories.
4. Data Protection, Storage, and Retention
All OAuth tokens, client secrets, and metric settings are stored in encrypted formats inside our secure databases. All communication between our server, Google APIs, Meta APIs, and your browser is secured under 256-bit TLS/SSL protocols.
We retain Google user data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the connected features. When you disconnect a Google service or delete your account, associated tokens and cached data are removed promptly.
5. Third-Party Sharing and Non-Disclosure
UrGrowths does not sell, trade, rent, or distribute your personal details, tokens, credentials, or Google/Meta analytics datasets to any third-party advertising partners, data brokers, or external AI training arrays. All fetched data is processed locally and shown strictly on your private, authenticated dashboard.
6. Revocation, Data Deletion, and De-authorization
You have full, absolute control over your connected data assets. You can revoke UrGrowths access at any time through:
- Clicking the "Disconnect" buttons inside the Google Services or Social Accounts settings panels on UrGrowths.
- Removing the "UrGrowth" app under your personal Google Account Permissions Settings or Facebook Business Integrations page.
If you choose to disconnect, all stored OAuth access tokens, configurations, and cached analytics metrics are permanently deleted from our databases instantly. You can also request complete account deletion by emailing us at support@urgrowths.com.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to maintain compliance with Google and Meta developer policy upgrades. Any modifications will be posted on this URL with an updated revision date.
