Welcome to UrGrowths. By accessing or registering an account on our platform (located at https://urgrowths.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using UrGrowths and connecting your external accounts (including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Facebook Pages, or Instagram Business Profiles), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, all applicable regional laws, and third-party developer policies. If you do not accept these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

2. Description of Service

UrGrowths provides automated digital marketing operating tools, allowing clients to:

• Crawl and audit pages speed via Google PageSpeed online engine.
• Connect Google Search Console and GA4 metrics to compile consolidated SEO visibility reports.
• Synthesize dynamic schema tags (JSON-LD) and auto-inject them.
• Plan social media campaigns, automate lead scoring scoring, and publish social posts.

3. Third-Party Developer Agreements & Compliance

To use search console analytics, traffic sync, and social publishing modules, you must authorize connections using secure OAuth channels. You explicitly agree that:

• You will comply fully with the Google Terms of Service and the Google APIs Terms of Service.
• You will comply fully with Meta's developer terms and community guidelines.
• You are the verified owner or authorized administrative manager of the Google Properties, Facebook Pages, and Instagram accounts you link.
• UrGrowths holds no liability for page suspensions, rating fluctuations, or metric shifts on third-party consoles.

Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and is limited to providing the features you authorize. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Google Data Access

By connecting your Google account, you grant UrGrowths permission to access the specific Google properties you select within the platform. This access is read-only for Search Console, Analytics, and Business Profile data, and send-only for Gmail when you explicitly enable email automation. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the service in UrGrowths.

5. Permitted Use & User Responsibilities

You agree not to use UrGrowths for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You remain solely responsible for the content, descriptions, and media assets published or injected via UrGrowths. You must not violate third-party copyrights, intellectual property protections, or spam rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

UrGrowths, its developer team, and its parent entities shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from connection failures, data synchronization limits, Google API updates, or Meta account suspension actions.

7. Termination and Account Revocation

You may terminate your agreement at any time by deleting your UrGrowths profile or disconnecting all Google/Meta OAuth integrations. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or limit service access to users who engage in systematic abuse, script manipulation, or breach of these terms.
